We had a plank test today and I made a new pr of 3min which I'm pretty proud of even though it's not passing yet. Then did a nice little loop with the girls. I just went 2 because I didn't want to risk my knees flaring up and they didn't so that's good. They're feeling way better than yesterday. I was planning on finishing mileage on the bike but after 10 min my knees were hurting pretty bad and I decided that I should probably stop. Did some quality stretching, hips, more abs, and became a member of VOR.
